Product 100% (B100) Biodiesel make your own 2,500 litres TAX FREE We only buy and use 100% used cooking oils. Before we go any further we address the by-product glycerol, at the bottom of this page we address tax from April 2010 Glycerol disposal is crippling the biodiesel industry in the UK with as we know biodiesel producers forced out of business, it is very expensive to dispose of glycerol if you can find a disposal company that will take glycerol at a sensible price that would make producing biodiesel viable. For this reason it is better burn cooking oil without converting it into biodiesel see products oil sales. In a nut shell the UK government and environmental bodies need to wake up if we are going to manufacture biodiesel in the UK, it is just about impossible to make biodiesel in the UK, the industry is fast going out of business. Disposal cost We can dispose of glycerol at £1.50 per glycerol litre so 20 litres glycerol per 100 litres biodiesel adds 30p to cost of one litre biodiesel this is one reason biodiesel companies are fast going out of business, anyone who knows a cheaper disposal route please contact us. People are disposing of glycerol illegally to make biodiesel pay however if caught the fine is not worth thinking about. Tax free and uses The UK government allows each person 2,500 litres tax free biodiesel for personal use per year April to April. Use for Road, heating and micro electricity generation, electricity generation SVO cooking oil and biodiesel fuel is biomass so ROCKs are available if national grid tied. Over 2,500 litres is taxed at different rates. Storage The maximum we deliver per order is normally 200 litres in 25 litre containers so the following requirements would not apply unless you hold more than 200 litres. Over 200 litres legally requires second skin bunding or catchment tray that will hold 110% (10% more than the stored amount) of the total stored in one holding container/tank or one third catchment bund of the total amount stored if the total amount is stored in more than one holding container/tank. Keep biodiesel locked up away from children in an out building that is not connected to the main residential building away from fire exits and fire escape routes. Container charge One off charge £3 each if keeping and returning for re-fill, not apply if dispensing into own container. Delivery Delivery only depending on area, most areas £10.00 per order, maximum per order 200 litres 4 weeks supply. Supplied in 25 litre HDPE containers that can be dispensed into own container i.e. 200 litre drum. Filtered 5 micron oil is delivered in 25 litre HDPE containers that are charged at £3.00 each (your property) one off cost if returning in same condition for re-fill. 5 micron is ready for use biodiesel production and fuel tank standard. Filling tanks Do not fill tanks in open when raining. When filling with biodiesel keep an eye on fuel gage to prevent overfilling if you are not using fuel station automatic cut off when full fuel pump. Best Quality We supply 100% oil We only supply used 100% 5 micron filtered vegetable cooking oils to produce biodiesel. NO water contamination We do not collect, use or sell oil contaminated with water, biodiesel processors we sell do not use water they are dry wash. High performance vehicles engines & will your engine run on biodiesel, most do Before you buy a processor we can supply you with biodiesel to try. Some high performance vehicles engines will not run on biodiesel. Shelf Life Use biodiesel before the end of it's shelf life which is six months from production date as it's plant matter. Our experience We have produced biodiesel to much better quality than standard and biodiesel that will not freeze so we have the experience to help you make your own biodiesel. We can get our standard 100% (B100) biodiesel to remain unchanged down to -17c when it starts to dull (cloud point) before blocking (freezing) at -18c. We also have achieved with certain plant oils NO cloud point or freezing using 100% biodiesel that can be used in the coldest places on earth. TAXED BIODIESEL good news for our business Over 2,500 litres per person for personal use is taxed biodiesel all other biodiesel is taxable Taxed biodiesel for road use from April 2010 Oils We wrote to UK prime minister Mr Gordon Brown to ask for tax increase on road use biodiesel from April 2010 to remain at 20p litre lower than crude diesel with success if using 100% cooking oils only in the production which we do so we are pleased we can now proceed with expansion plans. Fats Tax on biodiesel made from fats (fats we do not use) for road use from April 2010 will increase to the same rate as crude diesel which will make road use biodiesel more expensive than crude diesel to make any profit. Biodiesel gets no help in UK it has to be 100% private funded so we thank Mr Gordon Brown for keeping tax on biodiesel made from used cooking oils 20p litre lower than crude diesel this will save our business in the long term. Biodiesel companies who do not supply 100% (B100) biodiesel hide the true biodiesel cost by supplying 5% (B5) biodiesel mix with 95% crude diesel to fuel stations we have no intention of going this road. Most of Germany's biodiesel companies went out of business when tax was added, Germany had no tax on biodiesel. It is co2 reduction progress to tax green energy to the limit? |
